Quite straightforward. I could describe it as a run-through of my CV, thus, if ones knowledge of their experience, skills and attributes are strong, they can confidently answer questions. They also requested a breakdown of my skills, and it is preferable to be specific,i.e., what are your soft skills and technical skills etc.
