I was Invited onsite for the interview through an email. They asked about my past experience and then asked about myself and my interest. It felt like a casual conversation and took around 10 minutes,
Lengthy interview process in three differnt stages. There were two activities and a formal interview at the end. It was quite fun and good to meet new people but a very lengthy process that wasn’t really necessary
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Whitbread (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
I applied online through Glassdoor and was later contacted by a recruiter. The interview process involved three stages: an initial screening with HR, a technical interview with a senior engineers where I had to present an architecture I had worked on, and finally, an in-person interview with the manager at their London office. Despite putting in significant effort and preparation, I didn’t receive any meaningful feedback just a vague response that felt dismissive. Interestingly, they’ve been trying to fill this position for over four months but still haven’t found the right candidate, which makes me feel the posting might be more of a formality than a genuine hiring effort.
