Applied and was asked to record an on-demand interview as the recruiter screen stage. It took a few hours versus a 15-20 minute phone screen, since you needed to watch and re-record your answers. I was then not invited to move forward, and when I asked for feedback as to why, the recruiter didn’t respond to my email. If you are going to require that kind of screen where the candidate spends a lot of time recording an interview for your company, you should at the very least respond with feedback for them as to why you decide not to move forward.
