First video interview with HR, in which we went over my educational and professional background, match with company values, motivation. The following and last step was an 1 hour long interview with the hiring manager, again we went over my past experiences in detail, motivation for the role and working at the company, and he gave me really exhaustive information about the role and the team. Two weeks after the final interview I got a call from talent acquisition telling me that even if the hiring manager decided to go for another candidate he had positive feedback about me. I was also asked if I was interested in another internship opportunity as they really liked my profile. Overall great candidate experience, they were really professional and I enjoyed all the steps. I particularly appreciated the clear communication and the feedback, even if I didn’t get the offer.
