Whirlpool Corporation Costing interview questions

Well organized as recruiter provided "practice" run before. Questions were similar to those mentioned by the recruiter. Met with 3 different groups, 1 interested in personality traits, 1 technical skills, 1 work experience & career goals. They seemed less interested in your work results and more interested in how you were able to achieve those results individually. Utilizing team building did not seem like a strong point to them but rather individual assertiveness was what they are really looking for "apparently".
