Never have I ever gone through something more ridiculous than this. This interview took over a month long each week I had one hour long video call interviews as well as a 2 hour long interview with a test included I did as well as 2 phone screens. I had to take off work to complete the 2 hour long video interview with the test and made it to the final round Just to get told that they decided not to hire anyone. I have been interviewing for a total of 6 of 6 hours and 30 minutes for a job that they decided not to hire anyone for. I also found it strange that the company promoted how transparent they are on everything but refused to disclose the salary. Honestly just wish I wouldn't have wasted so much of my time.

Vague job description, not really sure what the exact job role was, or what the pay range would be. The range (within $10000 or so) should be communicated during the first interview.
