They outsource their hiring process to a third party company who was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Very informative of the position and job expectations. Multiple interviews that were about average in difficulty.

Question 1
When was a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wheels Up (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Received an email from the HR lady stating that they sent out the wrong interview times and corrected it as it was a hiring event. This email was sent last minute, literally sent on 10/24 and the interview was set for 10/25. The email then states, "If for any reason you can't keep this interview, please let me know immediately". I emailed back stating I was out of town but would love to reschedule a time to interview whether a quick zoom or when I got back into town. No response. I then sent a follow-up text about 4-5 days later. No response. Then for the last time, I called, no answer, so I left a voicemail. I understand being busy, but if you're going to send interview invitations and say that if we can't make it to the interview then to reach out, but then you don't try to meet in the middle, that's completely unfair. However, reading the reviews, I can see why the company has low reviews.

Question 1
No questions, just communication with them is terrible and ridiculous. This is based in Atlanta, so there was no number to call at all or anyone else to reach.
