Started with a recruiter phone screen, was then a manager screen, 2 weeks later was notified I'd be doing a take home assignment and the hiring manager was changing. 3 weeks after that I finally got the interview scheduled to present my take home assignment, a week after that I was notified I wasn't good enough to be at the advertised level and they were going to offer me less money but the process was only two weeks longer! A month later I got the scheduled final interview, found out again the hiring manager was changing. After the final interview I got three more weeks of "Give us another week to make a decision!" I finally had to bow out because if they can't make a hiring decision after three months of interviews another month wasn't going to make it happen.
