Whatley Health Services interview questions

The interview process was standard. The typical Q&A with HR. She was personable and represented the company well. I found out fun facts about the company that I hadn't read on line. But the company's pay scale was below what I was seeking.

The interview was very laid back with the site manager and the social work supervisor. They basically wanted to know about past work experience in relation to the open position and wanted to ensure I was a good fit for the agency. Expect a background check, drug screens, TB test. Overall, questions were easy and it was more like a conversation.
