I was communicated through linkedin for the following post. Had a detailed discussion with the hiring manager regarding the requirement for the role and what was expected out of this role and what kind of the work is been done. Had total 4 rounds of assessments : online technical round consisting of 40 sets of mcq questions, 1 technical video interview related to htlm css and javascript , 1 business interview with associate director and 1 formal HR discussion. The process was smooth and fast and received feedback for each round before the next round from the hiring team.

The interview process was very methodological. 3 rounds of screening, project and leadership. They provide clarity of the role and responsibilities and quantitatively map them to your skillsets. The project round is important as it also contains a pitch and application of the product to a solution.
