I applied online. I interviewed at Whalebone (Brno)
Interview
An online call (nontechnial). We both introduced, said something about our background, discussed the CV, the previous positions, and had a nice chat. During the interview, we switched to English at one point for a couple of minutes.

Question 1
In my current job, what was my greatest achievement.
2 rounds of interviews and a homework assignment, with zero feedback afterward. The homework wasn't even discussed during the second interview, making me question if anyone bothered to review it. After several weeks of silence, I reached out explicitly requesting any feedback but received no response. If a company can't even extend the basic professional courtesy of replying to candidates they've put through multiple rounds, it speaks a lot about their culture.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whalebone (Brno) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview was well structured. I met with the C-levels during several sessions to understand the challenges and tasks. They shared with me a really clear vision of the future and what needs to be solved.
