Weymouth Club interview questions

I had 3 interviews. 1 phone interview, 1 zoom interview and 1 in person interview. I paid for my trip to come up to MA even though I am on unemployment. After my final interview they decided to change the position to "part time" and offer 15 hours a week. There reasoning was due to the pandemic but then why make me travel from NY to MA? With the pandemic in mind it was extremely irresponsible on their part.
