College Recruiter contacted me. Had two interviews, phone and in person. It was very overwhelming when I have 18 people, 2 panels of people interviewing me. Everyone was very laid back and joked around, which was good to see. When I tried asking questions back, no one really answered back nor had anything bad to say - which is kind of an unusual sign. Overall the interview when well and they gave me a job. They are looking for bright minded individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
