Wethaq Takaful Insurance interview questions

Worst experience ever. First, before the initial interview, they did not clarify whether it would be technical or not. Second, I had to wait for a long time even though I was the only candidate at that time. After more than two weeks, they finally informed me that I had passed the technical interview and would proceed to a second interview with the Managing Director and the Vice Managing Director. During the second interview day, I waited almost two hours before meeting the Vice MD for a five-minute interview. Then I waited another hour to meet the MD, but it turned out to be just a brief greeting rather than an actual interview. After that, I waited an additional hour to finally speak with HR. Overall, it was a lot of waiting with very little substance. There were only about three candidates for the second interview, yet the process was extremely disorganized. The salary offer was also below market average, and unfortunately, HR did not seem to respect candidates’ time. The only positive aspect was that the Head of Department was very professional, respectful, and pleasant to deal with.
