Interview
I was called by HR and had a small interview with her, then offered an interview with my future boss next week. In about a week I received invitation to the second round which consisted of three interviews. After the second interview I was called on the next day for a job offer. The whole process was very nice and interviewers were really friendly!

Question 1
First interview: general information about myself, education professional background, basic math calculation.
Second round: general questions about quality management, negotiation case, also I have prepared (my own initiative) a moldboard of interior trends for future season, math questions (average complexity level), business case.
