Westover Companies interview questions

I interviewed with 2 property managers and an assistant manager who worked in the background and watched intensely. Very few questions were asked and either my resume was never reviewed or the managers were new to interviewing. One manager texted the entire interview and never spoke. You will be asked if you have reliable transportation and what bothers you the most about property management. You will also be asked about the salary you are expecting all in front of an assistant manager that will be in the same small rental office. My interview the assistant manager in the office watched nonstop during the salary portion of the interview so be prepared. Overall the interviewing managers were very nice but never asked key questions so it is a odd interview.
