I applied to join the company's talent pool for future job opportunities and was invited by the recruiter for an initial discussion. I didnt have a typical transactional experience, there was genuine interest and connection from the recruiter, it became a two way discussion. The recruiter clearly understood the business, helped me see where I fit in with the team. It was refreshing experience to have a well conducted and candidate focused conversation because typically in SAP the process has no personal touch and is highly transactional.
