I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at West Shore Home (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2024
Interview
Interview was quick, but was sold on a dream 2-3 leads per day 5 days a week, after 90 days train to sale windows and doors so that you are getting to take full advantage of everything that you can sale, and only have to come to the office one time a week, no of this was true, you get trash leads because you are at the bottom of the totum pole and barely one a day on top of that a minimum of 2 time a week at the office, and to top it off you get stuck doing ridealongs to watch other people make money, the managers have you ride with them to there appointments to “see how it’s done” but when they ride with you there is no support and not even feedback for what you could do better.
Called in to meet with the sales manager, very professional and polite. I did not get the job, but I had a positive experience. I would highly recommend the interview process.

Interview
Interview was straight foward and easy. They just asked general questions about my experience. Be sure to show your personality :). This was my first sales job and I was able to get it!
