Three stage: Application then one online and one in-person interview. Second stage line up was the same as the first plus one additional colleague. No surprising questions. Panels largely ran the same though the latter was more competency-based.

There were 2 interviews. The main one was a Virtual interview with the hiring manager (during COVID, process may have changed now) It was after a first interview with a recruitment agency.

Competency based questions at first interview and quite rigid, 2nd stage was quite informal
