How i got the Interview : I had done my Review about the company on Facebook, Glassdoor and other websites like LinkedIn. how ever Wenger and Watson dose not advertise that they are hiring, hence it was a little difficult for me to initially figure out how to get an interview. Luckily they have an option where in job seekers can drop their resume at the official wenger and watson website. simultaneously i had contacted few recruiters on LinkedIn. luckily i got a positive engagement from the Company website and one of the recruiters from LinkedIn. I got a Interview. Interview Process: 4 rounds. every round was interesting and in every round they grill the candidate based on their objective. the interviewers are extremely friendly, i had a good two way Conversation covering various aspects in all the rounds. Why i want to join the company: I had seen the Facebook page of wenger and watson's - the social events are good, the company practices good CSR, i assume the work culture also would be very good. Bottom line: if a company has a good socio culture - you will be a happy employee - with good productivity - which will fetch you rewards by default. over all its a well reputed firm to be associated with. I am awaiting for my final interview feed back.
