Interview
After submitting an online application (no resume needed), the store manager called and interviewed me, but didn't even ask any questions about me or my employment experience. His first question was what is my availability, and I did tax paperwork on the spot. Wendy's is one of those places with high turnover and they're practically always hiring. Easy job to get if your name is picked out of the bunch.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
