I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wendy's (Thorofare, NJ) in Jun 2015
Interview
It is a quite short, and unexpected. Not many questions were asked but it seems they are desperate to hire crew members.I sat in a lobby and the general manager came to see me with her papers being out on table. She first said that I would get 7.50 an hour. I took out my notebook to write down information she stated, she was impressed that I was prepared changed it to 8.75. she told me what are the proper uniform that are needed to wear, and she would call me when I can start working. about a week I started working.

Question 1
Are you afraid to clean?
Do you have experiences to be in that type of kitchen?
Why you have been unemployed for so long?
Are you able to get here on time?
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
Interview
1 primera entrevista virtual y grupal para mostrarnos prestaciones y como sería el trabajo (duro Max 30 min) y una segunda entrevista virtual personal con la gerente y dos personas más de recursos humanos.
