The interview process was easy and straight forward. They were accommodating with interview times and thoroughly explained the role and expectations. There was a single 15 to 30 minute interview.

My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
