Interview
It starts with an app, then questions. If they decide on spot they want to hire you they may give you a history and even some statistics about the business and of course asking if you have any questions. Which I did. He decided to tell me to start with the intent of going after the assistant position after my 8 week shift manager training and serv safe certification.
Easy and prepare for behavioural questions. Also about your previous experience in food industry. I was asked about the availability too if you drive and how soon can you start working

Short, straight to the point, only asked about my location, hour and day preference, and the one major request was to not bring drama into the workplace. Asked about previous experience as well.
Easy process to interview with wendys. Worked there throughout high school and college. Great company to work for. Would be a good first job for any kids looking to make some extra money.
