I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wendy's (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2016
Interview
Eye contact, core values a must, knowing what the company stands for with integrity. Look at the core values ahead of time and you will likly get the job. Also, don't be afraid to amp up your reseume. The main thing they look for is experience but rarely check the sources
3 interviews.
Got connected with recruiter. Then 3 interviews with management team. Preety easy to follow along but very difficult questions for a simple restaurant. Too much in details, seemed like I'm applying to buy the business

Question 1
The background, had to have a restaurant experience
In store with regional manager it was pretty easy. It wasn’t a panel interview. They didn’t ask a lot of questions just a few about my resume. I was overqualified for the position so I did not get hired on.
Straightforward process. Asked basic "what would you do" question given some scenarios. They are looking to make sure you understand how to manage a team equitably and fairly. Overall an easy interview experience.
