Interview
There was an HR interview, followed by am interview with the manager. It was ok-ish, I received an answer very shortly after, followed by an offer. They really try to make you feel comfortable during the interview.

Tell us about a problem you had and how you handled it.
Dont waste your time with this company. I've interviewed with them multiple times and they dont respect your time. The first round interview I was not able to make it to their scheduled time because of a family emergency coming up and I let them know ahead of time to reschedule. They dont reschedule me and instead ask to interview me for a similar role. I get to the interview and no one shows up. I try reaching out and they've completely ghosted me. I honestly dont see any sort of professionalism with this company.
I applied by sending in my resume. There was only one interview during the whole process and I believe there were more interviewees coming in the same day. It was with three interviewees at the location.

Question 1
It was pretty standard interview and it was about 45 minutes to an hour. One of the questions asked was what I wanted to grain from the intership.
Smooth, friendly. Came into the interview at a remote location, met several people and completed tasks together. Highlighted teamwork and critical skills. Overall easy and communicative. Would recommend to a friend
