Very thorough. Reviewed my resume and acknowledged my job history. Stayed in contact throughout the process. Seemed to have an organized interview process. I was made to feel comfortable. The interview questions were a mix of behavior and skill. The interview was geared toward the position i was applying for and not a generic interview.
Initial interview screen, 2nd round panel, assessment and reference check of 5 references, 2 former supervisors. In first round really interesting and non standard questions! Straightforward and transparent process with communication at end of each interview next steps

Interview
The interviews themselves were generally pretty standard. I interviewed with three people at different levels, culminating with a C-Suite interview. However, the HR process was a nightmare with regards to timing, communication, etc.
