I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wellocks (Clitheroe, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Arrived in the evening and initially waited with others who were being interviewed.
Once we’d all arrived we were given forms requesting basic info from us and then one by one we were taken off to be quickly interviewed,
The interview process itself wasn’t as expected, she basically told me what was expected of me and not really what the job entailed, just more about what you can’t do...
Then as a group we were ‘randomly’ drug tested, several of us failed.. I thought this was quite strange as were not interviewing for a position driving a bus or flying a plane..
After this we took a tour of the warehouse which was enough to convince me this wasn’t a place to call work...

Question 1
Would you be willing to work longer than your stated hours?

Interview
They ask you to fill out a form with basic information and working history. They will then take you to a room as a group to explain what the job is, and will then take you one by one to answer a few questions and drugs test you.
The interviewer who was a male was incredibly rude, made it clear he didn't like my image (I have stretched ears) and giggled without explaining why as I described my job history to him (which is unusual as I've previously worked in the same position as him...). I was advised by an employee there the managers are rude during work and it seems I was unforunate enough to come across one of them during the interview process. Very unprofessional individual.
