Wellocks interview questions

They ask you to fill out a form with basic information and working history. They will then take you to a room as a group to explain what the job is, and will then take you one by one to answer a few questions and drugs test you. The interviewer who was a male was incredibly rude, made it clear he didn't like my image (I have stretched ears) and giggled without explaining why as I described my job history to him (which is unusual as I've previously worked in the same position as him...). I was advised by an employee there the managers are rude during work and it seems I was unforunate enough to come across one of them during the interview process. Very unprofessional individual.
