The interview was very friendly and relatively informal. They made me feel comfortable and were mainly focused on personality and soft skills rather than having expectations that I would have a lot of technical skills and experience already
Very friendly and encouraging people at Wellington. Nice experience to have for juniors. Get to more about this company, their philosophy, their culture and peoole more. Several rounds of one-to-one interviews. Quite challenging if not having relevant experience in the past.
