      I applied online. I interviewed at Wella Company in Feb 2025

      The recruiter contacted me for a screening and I had to follow up several times to get something scheduled because "her schedule changes frequently". It seemed unprofessional and like she didn't value my time. Then I had a follow up call with the head of operations, which I though went really well and I learned great insights about the team and their growth potential. It was a friendly and productive call with standard interview questions. I was then ghosted and haven't heard a word since, even after following up over email and LinkedIn. They could have at least sent a rejection email or let me know they're going with someone else, but they likely decided to cancel the role or are restructuring and couldn't give me the courtesy of closing the loop so I wouldn't sit around hoping for news.
