Process was extremely slow and unprofessional. The entire process from when HR first reached out to me for a screening was 100 days. It was a three step process. First, was a typical phone screening with HR/Recruiting that was a bit more in depth with behavioral type questions. Roughly an hour long conversation. After the screening was a two-round interview process with the hiring manager and the hiring manager's boss. Both interviews went well with the second being challenging compared to the first. Rapid fire questions with no pauses in between for 40-50 minutes. I would answer a question in depth and before I even had time to take a sip of water the interviewer was proceeding to ask the next one.
With the process kicking off in December I was informed that they realistically wouldn’t be extending an offer until February. Quite slow but made it clear. After my final round interview I received radio silence. I followed up with the hiring manager weeks later as well as HR. Both ignored me. Not a single word back. Over two months after my final round interview I received an automated email that I was not selected with zero feedback as to why.
