Thus company, WellMed Medical Management Inc, has a very thorough vetting process if you are referred from an internal company representative. The recruiters are professional, and they usually have a multi tiered interview and hiring process.

Great interview, the conversation kept going . Never felt intimidated, staff open for question and did responded all of my questions ! They did clarified the hiring process could be lengthy, great atmosphere.

Interviewed with the recruiter, then the clinic manager and talked about my prior experience, organizational skill questions, walked around and met the clinic members. She talked about how Wellmed clinics are different from other clinics in how they take care of patients.

After submitting the application, I did not hear from them for a few weeks. I finally heard back and did the interview. I waited a few days and I recieved an offer.

Phone screening with the recruiter. Teams video Interview with the VP, then a group interview with her team. The video interview was okay, but she was late. was told during the interview that she was moving me forward to the next round to meet the team because she liked what heard. The final interview was with the team, which was okay. There was no real structure overall, since they were building a new department. I was told that I was a strong candidate for the position. However, I was ghosted by the recruiter. Between that time I was offered 2 other position and tried communicating that information to the recruiter, but no response.

as an internal candidate it was a little bit easier to get an interview since I already knew what recruiter to reach out to and could tell who the hiring people were. I really wasn't ready for how poorly structured the interview questions were as well as how radically inappropriate some of them were. It was almost like the person I interviewed with was trying to get me to give the wrong answer or asked questions that really didn't have answers. Their video call quality was absolutely horrible and I could only understand about 2/3 of what they were saying. The most radically inappropriate line of questioning did not come during the normal questioning but afterwards. It was almost like they went out of their way to try to understand how old I was which is I'm pretty sure against the law.

Big promises and constant talk of advancements within conpany. Not very personable. Unable to answer most of my questions. Poor interview process. I don’t think they really care about their employees.

Very transparent and thorough process. The interviews came fast so the process lasted about 2 weeks. I liked that I was able to speak with those that actually worked in the same department so I knew what to expect of the position.

Phone interview with Director of Pharmacy then panel interview via Zoom with Director of Nursing, Director of Pharmacy, and upper management of pharmacy. Mostly asked situational questions and some drug-specific questions.

I interviewed once with the recruiter and another with the team. First interview was more of a discovery call and making sure I was a good fit. The second interview with the team started with the standard let’s get to know you questions and a second portion that was more technical.
