I applied online. I interviewed at WellBe Senior Medical (Rochester, NY) in Jan 2026
Interview
I picked a date/time on the calendar. The senior recruiter sent a video link, and I followed it. It was set up for 30 minutes. They gave an overview of the job and asked me to give an overview of my experience and how it pertained to the job. I got good feedback and am waiting for a call back.
I applied online. I interviewed at WellBe Senior Medical (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Pros:
WellBe has an inspiring model that focuses on improving care for seniors through an integrated, in-home approach. The interview process was well-structured at first, and I enjoyed discussing ways my outreach and relationship-building background could align with their mission.
Cons:
After interviewing, communication unexpectedly stopped. I followed up politely, but there was no response or feedback. For a company centered on patient engagement and compassion, the silence felt inconsistent with the values they promote.
Advice to Management:
Make it a priority to follow up with candidates, even if they’re not selected. Clear communication not only strengthens your reputation but also mirrors the respect and empathy the company encourages in its care model.
4 rounds - recruiter screening, hiring manager, then 2 more with various team members. Very communicative recruiting experience until the final outcome, which was a rejection absolutely zero feedback provided.
