Welcov Healthcare interview questions

The interview was conducted with the administrator alone, who was not a nurse. I was surprised at this considering the complexity and critical role of nursing. I was pleased to receive an offer, but concerned about the lack of vigor in the process and what that might mean to the quality of nurses hired going forward.
