It was the oddest interview I have done. Just a quick 30-minute interview with the CTO. There was a little get to know you then a job overview. I had one tech question and the rest felt like I was being talked down to because I was coming from the banking industry. Unless the interviewer has superpowers I have no clue how they could get the proper candidate for the job which makes me think the whole team is probably walking on eggshells with no idea what is expected of them.
