The interview process was different from most of the companies I applied for, in the best way. Very engaging questions that were not the standard: "what are your biggest strengths, what are your biggest weaknesses" that I found at other companies. Interview was 4 rounds including a phone screening, meeting some people at the company, and a role play.

Question 1
How do you stay organized? What tools do you use to stay organized?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WegoWise (Boston, MA) in May 2017
Interview
The first interview was a 30 minute interview over Skype, where I had to describe my relevant experience and why I was interested in the company and the position. The second-round interview was in-person, and was mostly the same but I met with two people on the team and was asked more behavioral questions to determine worker personality.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WegoWise (Boston, MA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interviewed with the Director of Customer Experience and a Client Manager in the conference room. Pretty relaxed generic interview about my background and experiences. One day process, heard back within two weeks. Interview in person at the Boston office.
