Take an aptitude test online. Get call from regional HR. That person will interview you over the phone. Take second test on line. Interview with store HR. Interview with dept. manager. I understand this process has changed since I was hired. It took over three weeks.

interview process was great and provided great information regarding the company and culture set by the wegmans brand. I think this company truly cares for what they stand for and it reflects in the employees who run the operations

Interview was handled by the employee advocate and one of the head chefs of the store. Basic experience questions, able to work in an environment where you do stuff, etc etc.
