Phone and in-person interview. Both were my first time but the interviewers were very kind and reassuring. I did pretty poorly on some questions but I think that they were understanding as they could tell I was nervous (i'm a teenager). Pretty simple process and they get back to you quickly.

Interview
I submitted an application online and got an email a week later requesting a phone interview. They just asked basic questions during the phone interview about why I would be a good fit for the job and why I wanted to work at wegmans. A few days later I got another phone call where they asked to set up another interview over microsoft teams. That interview mainly consisted of questions about what you would do if so and so happened, and teamwork. The next day they called and offered me the job.
