I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weebly (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online. Part of the application is making a website with their platform. I completed it and sent it into them on January 25th. I had a phone interview within a few days with someone from San Francisco. The recruiter called 5 minutes late, but then it was fairly simple after that. Then we set up an in person interview. They told me to dress casual but didn't give very good directions on where to park. You walk in and there is a nice receptionist. You sign in on an iPad and then you get a name tag printed out. I was interviewed by three guys, all dressed casually. I was interviewed in their conference room named Fruity Pebbles. They ask you some problem solving questions but I feel they are mostly gauging your personality rather than your skill set. We also did a role play with a phone conversation about how would I recommend Weebly and sell it to somebody. I thought it was interesting that they kept saying "be yourself" and seemed put off by nervousness even though they should know everyone is trying to make a good first impression.

Interview
The recruiter was extremely responsive and I was scheduled for a phone interview within 48 hours of applying. Their screening process is so unique and fun! Designing a website was the last thing I would have thought I'd be doing but it was great!
