Webster University interview questions

Mostly a good experience, staff were nice and friendly. Biggest red flag was being told I'd hear about the offer in 2 weeks. After those two weeks, the search committee pushed the decision almost another week. After about a week I had to email them at the end of the day to ask if I had gotten the position. Search committee responded in less than 10 minutes to tell me I hadn't received the position (which is completely fine) but I have a feeling that I would've been ghosted.

Group interview with staff and students that included a multitude of questions about event experience, organization skills, working as a team, leadership experience, working with parents and families, and student engagement.
