Interview
Email dialogue, followed by in-person screen by the CEO, and a senior developer. The negotiation process was unpleasant, with the key takeaway from the CEO himself being "experience is more valuable than money", and that there are things that "you can't buy with money". Gave me a heavy impression that they were in it to take advantage of fresh grads.
