I applied online. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (London, England)
Interview
To apply for the graduate scheme you had to first make an interviews and write answers to a few questions to be considered. It took a month to hear back from HR. The first interview was one on one and very quick. The second was with 5 senior members of staff and consisted on very strange questions such as "what scares you?" It took over a month to hear back from HR after the second interview.

Question 1
Whats a campaign thats caught your attention recently?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (London, England) in May 2014
Interview
The interview process was supposed to consist of 3 stages: an application form, an interview and an assessment day. The interview took place 1 months later than expected, it was chaotic with too many interviewees for too few interviewers and the CEO looked visibly bored and uninterested during the interview. The final decision came 2 weeks later than promised (cancelling the originally planned assessment day, possibly because it was too late already). During waiting for results, the HR people were uncontactable.
