Weber interview questions

Standard HR screening with lasted around 3-5 minutes. Online interview with VP of Supply Chain to walk through my resume. Finally, a panel style interview with 3-5 directors/managers/VPs which lasted most of the day.

Horrific. Applied for 1 job, offered me another during interview. Never heard back. Got letter 1 month later saying didn’t get job, but have an opening for the original job I applied for. 2 months later, got job. Interviewer had me talking to a dark screen in an empty conference room. Did not answer my questions. Worst interview process ever.
