Interview
In my case the problem wasn't the interview or about the english skills.
In my case I'm currently working for a US company so I got the experience and the english speaking, reading and all the things.
The process with them is the following:
1) They will call you to coordinate a metting. In that call they will say you all about the company.
2) A challenge with another Technical Recruiter (No with developer or EM ). You will need to share you screen and do a code challenge sharing your screen and with your camera on, but it's okey I did. In my case, I was applying for Angular Dev they give me 60 minutes to do it. I did in 30 minutes, that was very easy.
3) After that they will send you an email (after 6 days just waiting for them): "Although we find your skills and experience very impressive, we regret to inform you that we cannot advance you to the next stage of the recruitment process".
That's it. Just a waste of your time. They have many vacancies on their website, but from what I saw in the process it is simply wasting your time. (I don't know why there aren't more negative comments).
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Webcreek
Interview
The interview took quiet smooth. First they had a one to one session with the recruiter. It was all about my past experience and about me. They gave a questioner which had simple question on .Net, SQL and Angular.
The second interview was a Technical interview with a senior software engineer. It was sectioned to tow parts. 1hr he asked some intermediate questions on SQL, .Net, Rest API, SQL, Angular and etc. and second part was around 45 min of cording question.
The interview took quit interest and they were so friendly. It was not much easier, or much difficult but avarage.
