We are a little bit confused by your comment here. We've never had in-person applications, everyone applies online (it is DIGITAL marketing after all). "What is one of your strengths" has never been an interview question. I don't think it's fair that you marked "accepted offer" when clearly you weren't offered, your lack of knowledge of the job and company makes that obvious.
We DO have an intense interview process. We have high standards for hires and we there is a lot of competition for this job. We are sorry that if at the end of that process, you were not the top candidate, We're sure that's not a great feeling.
As for the benefits, again just general misinformation. Benefits include paid vacation time, paid sick time, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, work from home days, flexible schedule, commission options, and retirement matching.
Most of our employees aren't salaried so that we can pay them overtime pay if they need it, but when requested we've always converted employees to salary. As for career advancements, most of our staff get 2 raises in the first year and the top performers get promoted.
