First Round - Phone interview with recruiter
Second Round - Hiring Manager, 30 minutes
Third Round - Colleagues you will be working with (usually 2) 30 minutes
First round with recruiter went well. He was super nice and very supportive. The second round was with the hiring manager. She was nice and we were scheduled for 30 minutes, but actually spoke for 45ish. We talked about previous experience, she discussed in length about the role and I would interject how that fit my experience. Very fluid conversation. The interview went extremely well and she mentioned I would move to the final round.
A week passed without any contact so I reached out. The recruiter said he was make them set something up and that they were dragging their feet. The hiring manager was on vacation. The day before my interview, they pushed another day. Then the day before the new date, the recruiter called to inform me they had hired someone else.
The entire process spanned the course of 3 weeks, from my first call with the recruiter, to second interview with hiring manager, to being put in the dark for over a week.
