WebBank Program Manager interview questions

I was called regarding a Program Manager Role at WebBank, first conversation was with the Hiring Leader of the role, second conversation was with the HR representative. Both individuals were very open and descriptive of the role and responsibilities, as well as the organization structure to the point that I understood the requirements and expectations of the role, and the overall business strategy.

I met with hiring manager, Senior Program Manager and President in one afternoon. At first it seemed like it would be a bit much, but it was a pretty smooth process.
