I applied in-person. I interviewed at Web.com for Enterprise (Hazleton, PA) in Aug 2022
Interview
Pretty quick and to the point, they will hire you in the same day; bad churn rate and people tend to leave after two weeks because of the working conditions
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Web.com for Enterprise (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
The interview process took about a month as the hiring manager was out on vacation; however, HR was in constant contact and was able to set up the 1st round of interviews while manager was out.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Web.com for Enterprise (Austin, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
I started the interview process in Oct. 2013 with a corporate recruiter from Endurance (owner company) who called after I submitted my application. It was a quick phone screen.
She then passed me to an admin at A Small Orange. The admin setup an interview with CEO. It was a quick get-to-know-you interview and it went well. He asked to set up another interview with his Executives.
I waited for the follow up. Nothing... Reached out twice in 2 weeks. Nothing... Okay, I thought, no problem. They must have found the right person for the role. Nope.
Instead I get a call 2 MONTHS later to meet the "Executives". Hmmm. Okay, I thought. I'll bite. So we scheduled the interview a week later, 2 separate 30 min interviews on the same day.
The first interview time came and an went... No show! No call or email before to reschedule, No call or email after to apologize. Nothing... 2nd interview (3 hours later) came and went. No show again! And again, no call or email beforehand to reschedule, no call or email after to apologize. I thought, "I must be crazy and just got the day wrong".
So I looked through my email thread and sure enough, it was the right day and time.
I sent an email to admin who set up the interviews to ask if everything was okay... No response. Nothing... Seriously??
I finally sent a follow up email to kindly take me off their "short" list. I finally received a follow up email from the CEO later that day with excuses about why their "executives" couldn't make either interview. What a joke.
My advice - STAY AWAY!
