I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wealth Access (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2013
Interview
Ken interviewed me by phone to begin with. He asked several general programming related questions about C#, design patterns, and SQL expressions. He was very personable and let me talk through the problems. I came in for a face to face interview the next week and was shown the technology I would be working with, a few more programming questions, and met with the CEO who was very friendly. It was a very pleasant and laid back experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked a few advanced level concepts of C# to gauge how in-depth my knowledge was, and asked how I would solve a few business problems using C# and SQL.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wealth Access (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview process was one phone and one in office interview. I think the phone interview was more important in being hired. It was a basic "walk me through your resume." Make sure to highlight things that will make you a good employee.

Question 1
It was pretty straight forward. All the guys in the company are pretty social and easy to interact with, so the interview should go smoothly if you have interpersonal skills. If you aren't a sociable person do NOT try to mask it in the interview process or it may skew the way they view you and the position for which you are hired.
