It started with a video interview with the hiring manager who is the VP of People and Culture, I believe. The interview seemed to go well. After the first interview I never heard back from the company. I sent a thank you email to the hiring leader and followed up with another email 1 week later and then an LinkedIn message—we initially connected via LinkedIn—5 days later. Never heard back and it's now been 3+ weeks. It's important to recognize that people are busy and this company needs additional recruiters; however, it's just poor form and doesn't reflect well on the company as a whole to not provide any response at all to candidates who interview with the company. Take it from me...Recruiting is what I do for a living.

The interview I had flowed well and included a question about my background.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wealth(AZ) in Mar 2026
Interview
I was moved through the process very quickly - in one week, I had three interviews, which I felt went well til the third interview. This was a bummer for me because the first two rounds felt promising. I felt that I connected with the first two interviewers - but a month plus later, I haven't heard a thing back from them anyway, as they ghosted me. Personally, I lost interest right after the last interview I had with them so I did not follow up, but I do feel they should close the loop.
